Echo Hutson is currently Associate Judge for the criminal, juvenile, and mental health courts for Montgomery County. Echo won the March, 2022 republican primary election with more than 2/3 of the vote, and is unopposed on the November 8, 2022 general election. As Judge-Elect, Echo will be sworn into office as Judge of County Court at Law No. 4 on January 1, 2023.

As the former Domestic Violence Chief at the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, Echo has dedicated her professional and legal career to protecting Montgomery County citizens and victims of domestic violence through the development and implementation of specialized Domestic Violence dockets in both misdemeanor and felony courts.

Echo looks forward to continuing to serve her community as Judge of County Court at Law 4 for Montgomery County.

Echo subscribes to the precepts set forth in the Texas Code of Fair Campaign Practices and the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct.
